About us
Cleaning Concepts Plus is a Black-owned and woman-owned family business run by husband-and-wife team Derrick and Shemelia Ervin. They started the company in 2004 with residential work and grew into commercial cleaning for offices, warehouses, and facilities across the Birmingham metro.
The size is intentional. It is big enough to staff reliable crews and small enough that the owners still know your building and answer the phone.

Pricing depends on your facility: square footage, floor types, restroom count, how often you need service, and the condition of the building today. That is why we do not quote over the phone. We walk your facility first, then send a written quote scoped to what you actually need.
Yes. Most of our work happens when your building is empty. Nightly janitorial service, early-morning floor care, and weekend project work are all standard. Our office keeps Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM hours for calls and quotes, while crews work around your schedule.
